Eastman M9000 Pattern Cutting Table

CAD Cutting and Kitting Our Eastman 9000 digital pattern cutting machine is used to produce packaged material kits for customers looking to decrease their material handling and assembly time prior to fabrication. This technique also greatly reduces material out-time since only the material needed to produce the part is removed from cold storage. We have advanced nesting software to maximize material utilization, design translation software to convert a variety of CAD software programs into .DXF format, and a 3 head unit that will accomodate a variety of tools including straight knives, rotary knives, and punches.
